Personal Training

My name is Yann Bonnamy I am a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Holistic and  Sports Massage Therapist and Online Personal Training. 

I am an enthusiastic and skillful trainer and masseur able to train you with many different components of fitness. 

My role is to provide holistic fitness and wellness solutions to you by combining personal training expertise with sports massage therapy (if needed). This multifaceted position involves helping individuals improve their overall health, fitness, and well-being by addressing various aspects of their physical condition.

Flexibility, weight loss management, balance, functional movement, and of course strength conditioning as well as nutrition if needed.

After checking with you a few details and availability, I will design and implement customized fitness programs in a specific time frame for you based on your specific goals, fitness levels, and needs, conduct fitness assessments, and regularly track your progress. I will provide you with some guidance and motivation to help you achieve your fitness objectives and make sure that you are sweating when the time comes. 

Because of my knowledge of this topic, I will be able to advise you on proper exercise techniques, form, and nutrition.


A Gym is available by the port in Southwick with all the equipment you need and also a massage room if you need some treatments. We can meet outdoors even at your place if that is more convenient.

If it's needed we will work together on your post-injury rehabilitation by developing exercise programs that promote recovery and muscle rebalance to avoid relapse.

By monitoring during rehabilitation, we ensure that you regain strength and mobility.

If the goal is to lose some weight we will then create weight loss plans and strategies I will need you to fill up a form with your food income for a few days or to log it directly to the app and then start incorporating both exercise and dietary recommendations as well as meal plans if needed.

I did 2 years of cooking school in France at a young age I will be able to provide some cooking techniques and organization in your kitchen, 

I will also be there to support and motivate you on your weight loss journey.

Sports Massage Therapy can be crucial depending on your goal or specific injuries.

I will be there to administer holistic or sports massages to you to alleviate muscle tension, soreness, and pain. Utilize various massage techniques to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery or tailor massage sessions to address specific sports-related injuries and conditions.

Employing massage techniques will also enhance blood circulation and lymphatic system function, Help you reduce swelling, and improve overall circulation.

Sports & Holistic Massage Therapist

If you need a relaxing time, when you want your body and soul to feel good, this is just what you need.

If you need some sport massage thechnic then you definitely need to take the time for yourself and try my massage. I do not possess the sports massage certificate but use some of the same exact thechnic and I am well experienced in anatomy and sports.

Whether it is an injury that needs attention and rehab, golfer elbow, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, muscle tension, lower back pain, or your tendons are too tight, or maybe you get migraine due to tension around the neck, the technique used depends on how you feel and what your needs are.

We will cover your full body, head to toes, and take some time to give the right treatment for your injuries. As I am also a Personal Trainer, I can give you some advice about what’s best to do on your own with stretching or rehab exercises.

I have been trained to a high standard of massage. I can make you comfortable and will always respect your privacy during and after the massage. The massage can be done partially dressed or fully undressed, using appropriate towels and covers.

I learned the magical technique of using deep tissue, sport massage thechnic, holistic massage, movement and mobility, stretch, acupressure, and a few others. I have practiced these over the years so I can help you in your journey.

Before your first appointment, you will have a FREE meeting over the phone or on Zoom (your choice only if is needed), so that we can talk about you, your expectations, and your priorities.

I come to your own home, which is less time consuming for you, with all the equipment needed: massage table, covers, music, ointments…

Kettle bell & Mace bell Classes

The Mace Bell is a piece of equipment formerly used by the Persian Warriors to strengthen physical condition, rebalance the skeleton and muscles, as well as for rehabilitation, for example a previously dislocated shoulder. At that time the Persians were saying that there is no place for a weak warrior and therefore their bodies had to be as functional as possible.

For my part, I immediately felt the benefits and the versatility of this equipment, which allows you to work on all the muscles and rebalance your body to make you get strong all over. I also use it for stretching and, with the lighter ones, for rehab.

This equipment was most often made using a long stick of about 60 centimetres, but the length could vary. At the end of the stick was a ball of earth or clay. The weight was variable depending on the muscular capacity and the techniques used. I think they had to make them as needed so they did not have to carry a large load during trips and then abandon them if necessary.

Nowadays the Mace Bell consists of a long metal bar and a welded metal ball at the end.
