Training Locations
We can train in the comfort of your home, outdoors in a park, or at a fully equipped gym located by the port in Southwick, which also includes a dedicated massage room for treatments. Wherever is most convenient for you, we’ll make it work. You can also train fully remotely using a desktop or mobile app, with regular check-ins with me to keep you on track.

My name is Yann Bonnamy. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and a qualified Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist.
As a passionate and experienced trainer and therapist, I offer a complete fitness and wellness service, helping you achieve your goals through a personalized and balanced approach. I integrate personal training, massage therapy (when needed), nutritional advice, and rehabilitation work to help you move better, feel better, and live healthier.
Whether your goals are improving flexibility, managing weight loss, enhancing balance and functional movement, or building strength, I tailor your program to fit your specific needs.

Massage Therapy
