All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Evri / DPD): 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
🌍 3. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Tracked International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Note: Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain heavy or bulky fitness equipment may have additional shipping fees or be limited to UK delivery only.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:
