The Mace Bell

These are now my favourite pieces of fitness equipment, as they are so versatile, and you can you train like a warrior.

You will improve your:

·         Body synchronisation

·         Breathing technique

·         Overall muscle strength

·         Body Balance

·         Flexibility

It is possible to incorporate it within HIIT, strength, rehabilitation, and functional training.

I got five of them myself, the first was 7.5 kg and I can say I had to learn the hard way, after a while I wanted my clients to discover this equipment and make it more accessible for everyone to use That’s why I got ones that were 4kg, then 5kg and 6kg and lastly, a mini one weighing 2.5.

Choose the weights wisely as they are not cheap.

There is so much information available and includes many ways to safely use this equipment.
