Guts for good

More people are now understanding that having good gut health is related to good overall health.

It is important to have plenty of good bacteria inside your body, as they are vital for your overall health.

Problems in your gut can lead to many different illnesses and chronic diseases and can lead to a build-up of excess fat or chronic inflammation due to an imbalance with what your body really needs.

To try and improve that:

Avoid food that has been refined or processed many times, as it is not really feeding you. (Flat or empty calories, no essential nutriment for the body)

Check at the back of the packaging if there are too many ingredients, especially additives, refined sweets (corn syrup, glucose, fructose), colorants and chemical products.

Conclusion:

·         Avoid Sweets

·         Cook you own food

·         Eat seasonal food and good fats (olive oil cold press, fish fat, eggs - yolks and whites)
