The power of the Moringa

Moringa is native to India and other countries.

·         proteins

·         vitamins

·         minerals

It is useful to fight malnutrition. Moringa is an important food source in some parts of the world. It can be grown cheaply and easily, retaining much of its nutritional value when dried. This plant has been used for thousands of years, so your body knows exactly what to do with it and how to manage all its nutriments.

The moringa powder source has so many nutriments in a single ingredient:

·         Vitamins: A, E, C, K, B, B1, B2, B3, B6

·         Minerals like iron, cooper, zinc, magnesium, selenium

·         It is a good source of protein, fibres, and calcium

It may help with:

·         Protecting and nourishing your skin and hair

·         Treating edema

·         Protecting the liver

·         Preventing and treating cancer

·         Treating stomach complaints

·         Fighting against bacterial diseases

·         Making bones healthier.

·         Treating mood disorders

I have been using moringa on and off the last 10 years, and my day job keeps me particularly active.

Sometimes I include it in my dressing sauce, but mostly, I consume it after my breakfast or lunch. I will add one teaspoon and stir it in a glass of water. I realised that it would dissolve better if I also include a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

I do not use any sort of protein shake or energy drink, but when I add this plant to my alimentation, I feel strong all day.

Why am I not using any kind of protein shake? Because my body is not used to eat this ultra-processed food. I understand people who use it for a certain type of training or goal, as it can be hard to get the right balance between eating, resting, and training.

A lot of people will use it to get some extra protein during the day, and this is an easy way to do it.

However, I believe it is best to get more nutrients naturally, and to   stay away from chemicals and processed food.

Nature has been providing strength in food for billons of years, and this is food that we should respect and eat.

Our body has evolved to eat these foods over a long period of time. This new way of eating in the last 50 years or so is a total misunderstanding of that fact.

I believe it is best to look at how previous generations ate, and that food was locally sourced, seasonally, and simple with not too many processes involved.
